Positive: We had a great stay at this modern holiday house, located in a quiet residential district and offering access to a shared pool used by several nearby houses. One of the highlights was the convenient parking space right in front of the entrance, making arrival and departure very easy. The house is well designed and fully equipped, with all necessary facilities available. The layout is particularly practical, with a full bathroom upstairs serving the bedrooms and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The property is very quiet and comfortable, with a terrace on the ground floor and a balcony upstairs, both facing the pool and providing a peaceful setting. We especially appreciated the open-space common area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining space, and a cozy living room, ideal for relaxing and spending time together. The location is also very convenient, close to a supermarket and a few fast-food options for a quick meal, as well as several beaches that can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Another nice touch was the access via code, which eliminated the need to manage a physical key. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, therefore we strongly recommend this property.
Negative: As a small downside, we would mention the attitude of the cleaning lady on the day of checkout. She arrived exactly at the official checkout time, and although we were just leaving with our luggage and asked to quickly check the house to make sure we hadn’t forgotten anything, she did not allow us to do so. She spoke limited English and insisted that we leave immediately. As a result, we did end up forgetting a few items in a kitchen cupboard, though nothing important. As a practical tip, we suggest being ready to leave slightly earlier than the exact checkout time to avoid any similar situations.
